Here's a page that a good friend of mine made which explains how to use microbiomeprescription.com to analyse data from Biomesight.
You can also use it on Ombre results but it's apparently easier to upload their results to Biomesight first.
Both Ombre and Biomesight use 16S testing to find out not just what is in a sample but, critically, the proportions of each bacteria is in the sample.
From Biomesight, you can simply choose the option to upload the results over to Microbiome Prescription.
For Ombre, you can either upload directly: https://microbiomeprescription.com/upload (and you can upload several other gut test result files there too!)
Or you can upload the Ombre to Biomesight, to see what Biomesight themselves say, and then use the same option above to upload to Microbiome Prescription.
Once you've uploaded, you'll get an email with a link that will log you in to Microbiome Prescription.
Then, you can follow these instructions to get some interesting recommendations from Microbiome Prescription.
