Are used to explore and develop the subtle or spiritual nature of our being. These practices may eventually culminate in the experience of transcendence. Spiritual practices are designed to increase one’s sensitivity to the subtle or energy body and most importantly develop a whole new and radical understanding of what ‘Mind’ is. Methods are used to develop the experience so one can feel the results from their own practice.
Bypass the subtle energy experiences and dissolve the 'self’ and 'other’ duality, both from the outset or as a culmination of practice, depending on the method employed. They do not develop subtle energy experiences as a goal but rather seek dissolution of the 'self'-'other' duality as a direct consequence of practice. The results of such practice are sometimes termed ‘oneness’ or ‘non-duality’.
Is a way of awakening kundalini in a natural and spontaneous manner, no methods are needed as initiation develops the experience to fruition. Support is the key to successful practice. I offer full support for initiates.
