§ 03.02 Violations committed against the Constitution itself are designated as High Crimes and Treason against the Empire. Punishments for such violations are of the most severe nature. All other violations are not to be classified as High Crimes or Treason.
§ 03.03 High Crimes and Treason
§ 03.03.01 An act of assault against a member of the Imperial Throne is the highest form of treason, punishable by an immediate demotion, censorship, and potential exile.

These marks are made available to all divisions, and an individual with a black mark is barred from joining a new division. Black marks may only be expunged by the Imperial Ruling Council or the Imperial Throne.

The Imperial Policies constitute the definitive set of laws, rules, and regulations decreed by the Emperor and the Imperial Ruling Council. These policies are in continuous effect throughout the entirety of the Galactic Empire, established to ensure the tenets of peace, justice, and security for all Imperial subjects. Adherence to these policies is mandatory for all citizens and personnel of the Empire; no exceptions shall be granted. For the collective safety and security of the Empire, order must be maintained with absolute discipline, and these Policies shall be obeyed without compromise at all times.
Centralized Authority
There is no room for insubordination within the chain of command. All political and military authority is derived from the Imperial Throne, and any attempts to maneuver for personal political gain will be viewed as an act of sedition.
Overwhelming Military
The Imperial Military will respond with a swift and merciless retribution to all who threaten our way of life and the security of the Empire. Our power is absolute, and our will is final.
Reliance on Purpose, Not Desire
Efficiency is the core of our strength. The framework of the Empire is meticulously designed to allow any individual with the desire to serve to progress, regardless of their prior achievements, for personal ambition is secondary to the needs of the state.
Core-Centric Political Role
By assuming direct control over external affairs, we afford the galaxy a great mercy. It is an unfortunate but necessary truth that we must, at times, orchestrate strategic, extinction-level exterminations in the interest of galactic security.
Nationalization of Commerce
While the Empire sanctions corporate competition and has established a dedicated Corporate Sector, no corporation shall be permitted to prioritize private profit at the expense of the greater public good. All enterprise must ultimately serve the state.
Cultural Dominance
The Coalition for Progress Committee is tasked with the duty of monitoring all artistic and propaganda works to ensure they reflect proper veneration for His Imperial Majesty and the values of the Empire.
By Our Own Hands
All individuals who wield illusions and witchcraft in the name of the 'Force' shall be subjected to immediate extermination, unless they formally pledge their services and absolute loyalty to the Emperor.
Dissolution of the Senate
In times of grave crisis, all forms of democratic governance will be suspended. Such measures are temporary and will remain in effect until the crisis has been fully resolved.
Controlling History
The Imperial HoloVision serves as the sole, official outlet for the public consumption of current events and information. All other sources are deemed unreliable and illegal.
Letters of Marque
From time to time, letters of marque are officially issued to privateer or mercenary groups, granting them the legal right to raid enemy ships and worlds on the Empire's behalf. Provided they do not interfere with Imperial affairs, they are to be left to their own devices.
Usage of Bounty Hunters
The Empire frequently utilizes the Bounty Hunter's Guild, as its resources enable us to offer the highest bounty, thereby dictating the terms. The Imperial Treasury will always finance the swift assassination of our most notorious enemies.
The Imperial Pledge, also known by M.O.D.S., is a sacred vow recited by every prospective member of the Galactic Empire's military. This solemn pledge must be upheld and embodied throughout a member's service, whether in the Imperial Army, the Imperial Navy, or the Stormtrooper Corps. It is from this unshakeable commitment that the very core of the Empire's true strength is derived.
Mettle - You will not flinch in the face of enemy fire, nor will you accept defeat. You will give your life to destroy the enemies of the Empire.
Obedience - Obey orders, never question them. The chain of command exists for a reason. Without it, there is only chaos and ruin.
Discipline - Keep your mind, body, and equipment all in shape. They will fail you if not maintained.
Selflessness - You are not an individual, you are part of a unit. Whether it’s a squad or a sector army, you have a role to play within that unit.
"We shall fight, and we shall be victorious!"
