The event will take place at the Wyldwood, an area of mixed deciduous and coniferous forest (perfect for all weather possibilities!) with heated loos and comfortable cabins for gathering in.
IC and OOC camping will be available.
The venue is the newly renovated Huntley Wood dedicated LARP site, near Cheadle, Staffordshire, easily accessible by road and public transport.
There is ample parking on site, which is close to the play area and suitable for campervans.
For detailed info please refer to the Huntley Wood website.
This LARP event takes place in a woodland. Some areas of the site are sloping and paths are uneven and unsurfaced. There are toilet cubicles with grab rails and outward-opening doors in the main toilet block, but no large separate disabled toilet facility. Unfortunately we do therefore recommend that this LARP is only suitable if you are ambulatory.
There will be an IC "village" created around the main cabin/toilet area, so it is possible to spend the whole LARP in this area if you have lower mobility. Please bring a comfortable chair with IC covering if you will need this in the IC area.
Some optional activities and quests will involve walking on narrow or uneven paths through the woods. There is approximately a 200m distance between the car park and the main game area.
We have marked character archetypes which may have specific accessibility limitations.
Our event caterer will do their utmost to accommodate dietary requirements, including allergies, and we will inform you if your requirements cannot be met safely. Please provide comprehensive details on your detailed booking form. It is your personal responsibility to clearly communicate your requirements to the caterer when collecting your food. If you choose to self-cater, only washing-up facilities are available unless pre-agreed with the organisers on an exceptional basis.
There are no loud bangs on this LARP, but there may be various light effects.
We endeavour to make all our events neuroinclusive, and will ensure that there is a safe, quiet(er) area available if needed.
Trained first aiders and mental health first aiders will be on hand throughout the event.
The toilets at this event will be designated as unisex.
Please ensure to inform us of any relevant medical information on your booking form, and contact us prior to booking if you have any questions about access.
Deposits will be available exclusively to existing players from 1 September 2026 (link provided via email/Discord), then will open for general sale from 1 October.
Tickets are £85. From 1 September, a £45 non-refundable deposit is payable, with the balance of £40 due by 1 December.
Catering tickets will be on sale at a later date.
For this event, Character Archetypes will be selectable upon payment of the balance on your ticket.
This is a 16+ LARP and 16/17 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible ticketholder over the age of 18. There is no separate provision for under 18s and under 18s remain fully the responsibility of their nominated adult.
Detailed booking forms will be circulated at a later date to ticketholders to collect additional IC and OOC info.
Any questions? Please contact us.

All dietary requirements can be catered for. Please don't leave anything out - Scott will try his very best to accommodate all needs, including texture issues for neurodivergence!
Dietary needs will be collected on the detailed booking form once you purchase your ticket.
Catering menu and tickets will be released in due course.
