By purchasing a commission from me, Chaotic SpellKasper (the artist), you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service and acknowledge that if broken, will result in the loss of all of your rights to the commissioned artwork.

If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.
Please read the terms carefully:

• All drawings may or will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove.

• I might record the drawing process and post it on my social media.

• Prices are subject to change based on demand, and additional fees for revisions, changes, complexity, etc. may apply.

• Cut Contact for any reason, such as verbal abuse, violation of privacy, etc. Meaning the finished commission will be delivered to the provided email without any further input or communication with the commissioner. (see Refund Policy below for more details).

• Payments are done through Patreon, this can be paid directly via Card or Paypal.

• Payments are done upfront and in full, or may be split into 50% up front, and 50% after the final sketch has been approved.

• I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to a refund. (see Refund Policy below for more details).

• While I'm working on your commission, I will send you previews for approval and input to make sure it's just right for you!

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 5-30 days depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the piece, etc. Feel free to check in with me on the progress every now and then, but please don't spam me.

• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will notify you as soon as possible.

• Once the piece is finished, you will be sent a full-resolution image along with a web-friendly version directly to the same email the payment was made from.

• Changes are included for free if they are requested in the beginning stages of the artwork (like the sketch), or if they are small changes such as color or brightness.

• A Fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

• If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, you will be charged a fee to change it.
  The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

• If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge, so please make sure to be clear with descriptions/references.

I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal/commercial use may be purchased at any time).

• Transparent and quick communication is important to produce a piece that you would be happy with, so, if you are comfortable with it, you may add me on discord @spellkasper (case sensitive) to discuss your artwork in more detail and a faster reply to time to make sure I capture all the details correctly!

• If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together, revisions and changes to things you have approved previously will cost you fees and a longer wait time so it's best to be honest about what you think! :>

• I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

• Once I've started working on the commission, you lose the right to a refund.
  The only exception being if you would like a refund before I start working on the commission. If that's the case, please do not request a chargeback unless asked. I will refund you myself.

• I reserve the right to cut communication with the commissioner for any reason, such as verbal abuse, violation of privacy, etc.
  If that occurs, the commissioner will lose the right to input and feedback in the piece. I will continue working on the artwork and deliver the finished piece to the provided email with no further contact.
  If I decide that I do not want to work on the commission further, a refund will be provided and the commission will be cancelled.

• I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refuse to work on it further without providing a refund for cases such as scamming attempts, a violation of ToS, attempts at reselling or redistributing the commission, etc.

• If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed a refund, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece.
  The chargeback will be declined and the payment processors will be supplied with proof of the work done.

These terms apply to private commissions only; This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes, otherwise, it would be copyright infringement and I can and will take legal action.
