Ordering & Payment

How to Order

Before you order, please make sure to read my Terms of Service. It's not long, and there's even a simplified version.

You can contact me to place your order in one of the following ways:

Include the following text form in the message and fill your order information, replacing the brackets with your information.

Appearance: (Please use clear descriptions and attach any visual/image references you think would be helpful.)

Fashion Style: (i.e Goth, Comfy, Colorful, etc, or feel free to attach an image of an outfit or a moodboard for their aesthetic)

By purchasing a commission from me, Chaotic SpellKasper (the artist), you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service and acknowledge that if broken, will result in the loss of all of your rights to the commissioned artwork.

Pay For a Commission

To Pay for a Comm, head to 'Shop' on My Patreon and choose 'Pay For a Commission!'.

You can pay directly via paypal or card.

If the price is inaccurate to the commission total or first half pre-payment, please let me know! :>

Payments & Refunds

Payments:

Payments are done upfront and in full, or may be split into 50% up front, and 50% after the final sketch has been approved.

Refunds:

Once I've started working on the commission, you lose the right to a refund.
If you would like a refund before I start working on the commission, feel free to ask! No hard feelings.
If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed a refund, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece.
The chargeback will be declined and the payment processors will be supplied with proof of the work done.

Delivery & Revisions

Process & Delivery:

I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to a refund.
While working the commission, I'll send you previews for approval and input to make sure it's just right for you!
The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 5-30 days depending many factors. Feel free to check in with me on the progress, but please don't spam me.
If anything comes up that would delay the delivery of the commission I will notify you as soon as possible.
Once the piece is finished, you will be sent a full-resolution image along with a web-friendly version directly to the same email the payment was made from.

Revisions:

Changes are included for free if they are requested in the beginning stages of the artwork (like the sketch), or if they are small changes such as color or brightness.
A Fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, you will be charged a fee to change it.
The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.
If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge, so please make sure to be clear with descriptions/references.
