Bowser's slave number 1 (whoever is writing this doesn't know Mario's lore) basically Larry is Mariano's first boss and his brother Luis number 3

from 1989 if I'm not mistaken (shit). He is one of the 7 koopalines previously called SONS OF BITC- SONS OF BOWSER but then the asshole Bowser Jr. came to destroy all this and Larry became just another character.
