Hi! My name is Chris Williams (and this Astro!) and I’ve been a fitness trainer for more than 20 years. I have dedicated my life to helping people become fitter and stronger, increase energy and build confidence in themselves. My unique approach helps both the mind and body, helping to prepare you to be at your very best.
8 years ago I became a 500hr yoga instructor, as I saw first-hand the benefits better flexibility and mobility provides to the mind and body. I spent many months in India achieving this level of certification. It is one of the highlights along my fitness journey.
I’m a very personable person and really enjoy being on the journey with each of my clientele as they achieve their own personal best. With my experience, together we will have you feeling on top of the world in no time.
The majority of clientele I begin with have normally spent very little time in the gym, so the initial focus is generally to build a foundation. We focus on technique and correct posture to ensure we have you performing each exercise correctly. The we begin to tackle the increase in strength, prevention of injury/past injury rehab, whilst increasing mobility and boosting energy.
I’m also experienced in weight loss, helping 100’s of clientele lose weight by implementing a proven strategy. So whether you are looking to lose 3-5kgs or 10kgs+ I can help formulate an achievable action plan to reshape your body, habits and mindset with easy to follow and achievable methods.
