Howdy District 3 constituents! It is great to be here in the Evergreen State, among the beautiful and various landscapes and developing cities! This is a new newsletter that I am producing primarily for District 3 of Washington State, but all are welcome to read because everything I propose here, can be applied to state and national levels.
A little about me: I was born and raised in Seattle, and moved to Wyoming when I was 16. In 2014, I decided to move to my home state and chose Vancouver, Washington as my landing place. I have made many friends and regularly interact with the public. I have watched this city grow in the last 10 years while facing poverty, homelessness, financial growth, and eventually, stability.
We have many ways to improve our area, a lot of info to talk about, and only 12 months to do it. Election 2026 is just around the corner, and I am running for House of Representatives against Marie Gluesenkamp-Perez.
This newsletter is to inform you about suggested changes we can make as a district and how these plans can work on a national scale. We are going to talk about things like The National Education System more. These are things that may escape other candidates' attention. I propose changes to improve our area, always keeping in mind our current laws, funding, and the needs of the general public. Between us, as your representative in Congress I will have the opportunity to work with Governor Bob Fergeson and local leaders to improve our state's eco-structure and show them ways to improve availability of housing to the people of Washington State.
Let’s jump right in with our first project and start by ending homelessness in our city and surrounding areas. I present to you the following to get us started:
The framework for the NHCP has been finalized! You can read about the program and the rationale below. There will be more discussion in Issue 2 of The Evergreen Blueprint!
The NHCP is looking for 6-7 volunteer board members for the Vancouver, WA Chapter. This position works into a paid position when certain criteria are met. We are also inviting the public to donate funds to jump start the project.
Read about board member duties here.

I started this newsletter as a way to reach the public with information starting with my campaign for the honored position of Representative for District 3. My hope is that future candidates will continue this newsletter as a way to reach the public for their campaigns. This newsletter is meant to be free.
