Reproductive Justice rests on 3 fundamental tenets 

1. The right to have children

2. The right not to have children

3. The right to raise our children in safe and stable conditions

These beliefs have been the guide post I used to create services for my doula clients. I strive to educate my clients about their options so they can make informed choices about how they navigate their pregnancy. I think it is great to teach people coping skills like meditation and movement. It's also difficult to tell you to find your center when you're struggling to afford baby supplies. Here we provide services where meditation and mutual aid can really meet in the middle to bridge the gaps left open by discrimination, policy failings, and a difficult healthcare system.

At Safe and Stable Co our mission is to center people’s humanity, autonomy, and wellness on a holistic level in order to liberate them and bring about reproductive justice.

 The tenants of reproductive justice are also the cornerstone of our workshop offering. These workshops cover a range of sociopolitical issues that impact reproductive health. They are incredibly interactive and fun. It can be difficult talking about such tough topics, but they are important to learn about if we want them to stop being so difficult.

These workshops allow folks a chance to learn, build community, and develop skills for community care. From what participants learn and discuss we create the safe and stable conditions that we all need to be empowered in our choices about our reproduction.
