Workshop Only ( virtual and in person)

Some clients may elect to only partake in the classroom portion. I have developed 2 x 2 day workshops for all leadership levels. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended that classroom groups include a mix of levels of leaders (Team Leads to Managers).

Short Engagements ( virtual and in person)

I typically start with a short site visit to better understand the need and meet with the leadership team. From there we plan the workshop (Min 10 / Max 20 people). To ensure longterm results, it is recommended that we include 3-4 days of one on one coaching with the participants.

Longer Engagements (in person only)

I will typically take on a senior management operational role to increase the project's effectiveness. I review the business processes, role expectations, management systems and performance metrics. The next 6 months typically include me developing an action plan, mentoring/coaching the up and comers and executing the improvement plan with the team/department. I limit my engagements to 6 months to ensure I don't become a crutch and to maintain a sense of urgency. During these longer engagement, I will run several workshops to various groups within the organization.
