I am an independent consultant, mentor and coach but I realize the importance of working as part of a team and ensuring I am able to deliver a quality service. For this reason, I work in partnership with Yukon University to offer " The Competent Supervisor" program on campus workshops and to their government clients.

I have also partnered with Outliers Mining Solutions to deliver a joint program to the mining industry. Here we offer classroom style workshops followed by hands-on one on one field coaching and mentoring to the participants. With our background in mine operations (Mining, Tech Services, Milling and Maintenance), we are able to offer a complete package. Every decision a leader makes requires a level of technical know-how, some emotional commitment & an understanding of risk/reward (Safety/Environment/health, Production, Financial) impacts.
