A thorough refresh for homes that need consistent upkeep.

Includes:

• High & low dusting

• Kitchen counters, table, and stove top

• Bathroom wipe-downs (sinks, mirrors, toilets, tub/shower)

• Vacuum & mop all floors

• Trash removal

• Light tidying throughout

Deep Clean

For homes that need an extra layer of love or seasonal reset.

Includes everything in Standard Clean, plus:

• Inside appliances (microwave, fridge, oven)

• Cabinet fronts, doors, trim, & baseboards

• Light fixtures, switch plates, vents, and ceiling fans

• Furniture & upholstery vacuumed

• Heavy soap scum or grout focus

Move & Refresh

For homes in transition  or after construction. 

Includes the thoroughness of a deep clean but tailored to the service you need

 • Move-in/Move-out Clean - prepping home for its new chapter

 • Renovation or Post-Construction Clean - Detailed dust and debris removal after remolding or construction

 • One-time Clean - a single thorough deep cleaning service for events, life resets, or whenever your home may need some extra love

Specialty Services

Custom options available for unique needs. All specialty service pricing varies and will be provided by a custom quote. 

• Senior or accessibility-friendly services - accommodations for seniors or clients with mobility/accessibility needs.

All Add-On prices can vary depending on room size, above is average pricing. Laundry load price is for washing, drying and folding. Dish washing price is washing, drying and putting away.

Pricing shown reflects monthly maintenance service. 

• Small homes (0-1,200 sq ft): Starting at $120

• Medium homes (1,200-2,000 sq ft): Starting at $160

• Large homes (2,000- 3,000 sq ft): Starting at $220

• Extra Large homes (3,000+ sq ft): Custom Quote
