A few simple guidelines to keep our cleans flowing smoothly!
Appointments are scheduled in advance and consistent day/time slots are guaranteed for recurring clients.
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours notice!
Less than 48 hours will be a 25% cancellation or reschedule fee.
Less than 24 hours will be a 50% cancellation or reschedule fee.
Each client is eligible for one waived same-day cancellation per year, to be used at their discretion. Please use it responsibly, it is intended for emergencies. Notify me as early as possible so I can apply your waived fee.
In the event of unsafe weather (snow/ice), appointments may be delayed up to two hours or rescheduled at no charge.
Payments are due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.
Credits or pre-payments are not carried forward unless discussed in advance.

Please ensure safe access at your scheduled time.
If I cannot access the home, it may count as a cancellation.
If the home's condition differs significantly from what we discussed during the walk-through, additional fees may apply.
If the home is found to be unsafe, unsanitary, or not workable, the appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled and a standard cancellation fee will be applied.
I love all pets; cats, dogs, birds, snakes, spiders, and everything in between! Pets are welcomed to roam freely while I clean. The only time I ask for them to be secured is if they're destructive, overly curious with my tools, or protective/aggressive.
All services are based on the walk-through and the agreed-upon quote.
The scope includes the rooms, tasks, and level of detial discussed before the appointment.
Requests outside the agreed scope (extra rooms, organization, appliance interiors, extra detailing, etc.) may require an updated quote or extra fees.
Please be sure to notify me in advance if you'd like to add on services so that the proper time can be reserved.
If something is missed, please let me know within 24 hours and I'll make it right.
Referrals mean the world! You'll receive 10% off your next clean for each new client you refer once they book a cleaning with me.
Simply giving a name or contact without a booked clean does NOT count as a referral.
