What type of yoga do you teach?
I draw from a number of yoga disciplines, Hindu text, spiritual practices and modern psychology to offer a personalized practice defined as Kríyā yoga. My goal is to empower you to liberate your body, mind and spirit through the practice of asana and pranayama (poses and breathwork), svadhyaya (self-inquiry) and isvarapranidhana (surrender).
Where do you teach?
Group class information can be found on this page. Private yoga is offered either in your home or in my small home studio in La Honda, California.
When are your classes?
Group class information can be found on this page.
What level are your classes? Are they appropriate for beginners?
All group classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. I define an experienced yogi as one who has learned to listen to, respect, and care for the needs of their unique being. Experience is not defined by how well you perform a particular pose or by the complexity of poses offered. I offer a variety of poses, breathwork and self-exploration options to meet a wide variety of needs. If at any time you are not getting what you need, let me know and we can work together to find an option that is right for you.
How do I sign up for group classes?

Do you teach private yoga?
Yes! I love working privately with clients either in your home or in my small home studio in La Honda, California. Please reach out to learn more about whether private practice is right for you.
How much do your classes cost?
All group classes are offered by donation. The suggested donation is $10-$20 per class. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Donations may be made via cash in person, Zelle, or Venmo. Paypal is also accepted but not preferred due to the fees. Please reach out for account information.
What equipment do I need to practice with you?
No equipment is required but a yoga mat is highly (I mean really highly) recommended. Blocks, straps, and a warm blanket are also recommended.
Do you have equipment to loan?
To protect you and our community, I ask that you please bring your own equipment. Shared/loaner equipment is not available at this time.
