The Allen Thomas Group - The Allen Thomas Group was initially founded by Joe Race in 2003. Mr. Race graduated from The University of Akron and began his career in the 90’s as an investment advisor but quickly realized his customers needed help protecting their investments too.

ATG started out by helping individual and corporate clients solve insurance and safety objectives. We found that the captive insurance market did not meet the needs of our clients, so we started looking for ways to offer our clients insurance that was tailored to their specific needs.

Our clients didn’t want to go through the long and complex process of getting quotes from multiple insurance carriers. So we developed a smart and easy process to take care of this complicated task for them.

In 2008 our team started providing customized insurance options sourced from multiple carriers in order to find our customers the right insurance coverage from the right carrier, at the best price. Our clients no longer have to worry about paying too much for insurance or sacrificing their coverage for better rates.
