Through this project eSeal, they aim to track the product from the point of production to the point where it is delivered to the end customer, by feeding data regarding it into a QR code pasted onto the packaging. Through eSeal application downloaded into tabs, the factory workers can scan and feed data regarding the product and production into the QR and can also do the stock transfers (STN) via the app itself. Similarly, the warehouse team will receive goods (GR) and allocate them into storage bins via the application itself. This will store the data of, where it was being produced and to which locations the product has travelled etc.

This is an immensely insightful and useful report that is implemented in Power-BI to give an insight on sales in a real time, where we can even see the today’s sales report. In here, ECC tables are replicated in HANA SLT on real time basis from where POWER BI is connecting and fetching in useful manner. You can also view this report by installing Power BI app in mobile as well. Reports will be available in your Power BI app once downloaded.

Before, when introducing new varieties of products, the relevant employees had to walk around several departments in the office to get approvals and inputs from each of the relevant parties. Hence, this process of CBU acquisition was decided to be moved to an online platform via a SharePoint site, addressing the need for improved data capturing within several departments away from Physical form circulation and Email forwarding which happened earlier. The current developed system is facilitated with power automated flows and data and artwork approving ability for RnD, QA, Finance and Network planner users.

Currently, most of the day today transactions in factories, warehouses, etc. is done through the traditional SAP system, which is a desktop app that can only be operated while connected to a company VPN (Pulse Secure). Project NAUX was initiated to introduce the new SAP FIORI with special features developed to Unilever, such as an intelligent chatbot to raise user access/ any other issues, which can automate the process of manual GRC and SOLMAN ticket raising, a web tour functionality which allows users to get step by step guidance/ walkthrough for any task they need, also video tutorials of specific tasks that can be self learnt, etc.
This application can be used in the web browser itself, without the use of any VPN, via our computers, smart phones, tablets etc. from anywhere anytime, making work much easier.

The customer service sector refers multiple manual or automated reports to get insights or required information for most of the tasks daily. Hence, through this project SL EDGE Reports, several autogenerating reports is in the development, which will be clearly useful for this team. Currently below mentioned 6 reports are in the development while the remaining will be developed in future phases of the project.

This is a large scale project that was initiated to automate most of the processes in the factory including all the manual reports, waste tracking, electrical consumption etc., while I was in charge of Utility and electrical reports.

Crate management is a project initiated to reduce the harmful plastic consumption of consumers due to Unilever products by introducing vending machines at main modern trade stores. Consumers are given the ability to refill their Unilever liquid products like shampoo, cleaning liquids etc.
