Over 14 years, I have amassed digitally a plethora of resources, calendars/ schedule ideas, data views, knowledge banks in reading, writing and engagement activities to assist me with moving teachers forward in their educational careers. Best practices rubrics, websites, templets and past trainings equip me to handled challenges to teaching and learning. So the key to growth for me begins with a question. Answering the question of the moment, of the content and of the problem to determine my next learning adventure. Change is always happening and I want to remain prepared for what's now so I can focus on the next when it comes!
