All inactivity notices should be placed before Thursday. Any notices that require a duration of, or longer than, 4 weeks must be approved by an Imperial Ruling Councillor or higher. Notices go in the SWU server, alongside the TGE server. This also includes, you don't just put IA's to get out of finishing your quota. This won't be tolerated and could possibly result in a strike. Only Officers with quotas are required to post these. Divisional HR's are expected to place inactivity notices in their respective divisional server.
