1. Area of Research: My area of research is electric and gas powered vehicles specifically, their affects when operated in New England.
2. Question: Are electric vehicles actually cheaper to drive and better for the environment when compared to gas?
3. Tentative Hypothesis: Electric vehicles are better to drive to save money and lessen one's impact on the environment though I have not calculated how much better it would be though using vehicle models to be specified in the future and data on cost and amount of pollution released when operating each vehicle off of their respective energy systems.
