I obtained my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University and currently practice under a Limited Permit with New Horizons Psychological Services. I am also pursuing advanced postgraduate training in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy through the Derner Institute. My clinical approach is informal, supportive, and insight-oriented.
Patients seeking my services are looking to explore their internal world and discover unknown parts of themselves. This is a space to explore previously unexplored aspects, uncovering repressed feelings, thoughts, or patterns that can be brought to one's awareness.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship itself— people coming together to create a space where something new can be spoken, felt, and understood. I offer a calm, nonjudgmental environment where patients can explore parts of themselves that may feel confusing, painful, or long overlooked. The process is not always about finding quick solutions, but rather about becoming more honest and emotionally attuned with oneself. From there, real change can take root—often in quiet, yet meaningful ways.
