Everyone meet Nic! From the very first conversation Nic and me had, it was abundantly clear that she was an incredible mum, who had done a hell of a lot for her family, combined with the fact she held quite a responsible role within a hospital, in the dialysis ward. Nics' life revolved around helping people, and putting their needs above her own - but it was at her expense. She was always trying to pour from an empy cup.
In the 9 months Nic and me worked together, she lost an incredible 22lbs. But most importantly she was able to fill her cup back up, take back control of her time and energy so that she was able to better show up for her family, feeling her best and most confident self.
Next we have Caitlin, the queen of overthinking and falling victim to comparison syndrome. Caitlin struggled a lot with her mental health as a result, which meant she struggled for years with her self esteem, and confidence, creating for a very stop start journey when it came to her weight loss goal.
In the 18 months Caitlin and me worked together, I saw her grow from strength to strength, and her mental health become something she was better able to manage. With continued support, using my FLR training method, and Caitlins' consistent commitment to wanting to better her own life, she lost, a life changing, 4 stone.

I don't think it's too ambitious to say that by working with me you'll learn never to care about scale weight ever again, or approach food with no barriers like "I can't have this, because I'm on a diet". I don't think it's too ambitious to feel truly free from diet culture, because inside the TFG team we live and breathe it everyday.
I have a "if you can't explain it to someone else, then you don't truly understand it" policy, because for true sustainability it's important that I teach you everything I know. It's even more important that I teach you it in a way that helps you explain it to someone else. With that level of confidence in your knowledge there's nothing getting in your way.

This will depend entirely on what your goal is but people usually work with the team from anywhere between 6-18 months.
It's a great question and a very reasonable one to ask. You want to be sure you're making the right decision, so it will be easier to tell you who this type of coaching isn't for; people who want rapid/unsustainable results because you realise that approach hasn't served you before, people who want copy and paste meal plans, people who don't want to feel understood in a community of people who have felt the exact same way as they do when it comes to exercise and diet culture and finally people who are happy spending countless of £££'s repeating the same processes over and over.
This isn't a cookie cutter programme. We make it a point to get to know YOU, to understand YOU.
You absolutely don't need a gym membership, and this is where coaching really comes in to it's own. Everything is tailored specifically to you. Thankfully (maybe not) lockdown/COVID19 taught me a lot on how to still get women amazing results from home, without the use of a gym membership. I can do the same for you.
We understand price is a sticking point for a lot of people, which is why we have done everything we can to pack as much value into this coaching experience as we can. We also don't want to have you jump through hoops, or jump on any uncomfortable "quick calls" to find out (although it is always really nice to meet you), so here's our prices for coaching;
We offer 2 coaching models - online and hybrid coaching - and pricing can range from £175 - £1050, depending on duration (1-6 months), the level of support we feel is needed to best get you the result you want and, maybe most importantly to you, you're financial situation.
We have a few different payment options to suit you, with certain discounts available too.

Everything inside our coaching experience is geared to give you the freedom and work off your intuition when it comes to exercise, nutrition (using our FLR and Range Finder systems) and even when it comes to your way of thinking. We know that you know how to lose weight because you've done it before, we know that you know exercise is good for you, we know that you know it's important to look after your mental health... so then why hasn't anything worked long term? Because you haven't been allowed to figure out how it works for YOU.
Our education library, 1-1/group calls, 2x weekly check ins and in person events ensure we're fully supporting you every single day.
I understand how you feel. It's a big deal to commit that time, effort and money to something that's designed to change your life and our minds will do everything it can to protect us from what we're unsure of. Which is why we use "it's not the right time to start" as a reason to hold off. I'm here, as well as the rest of the women inside the group who have walked a very similar path to you, to help you and support you. Whilst results are inevitably what we're after, we never run before we can walk. Running a marathon without training for it would be silly, wouldn't it? The same is applied to our coaching style. We'll always be ready when you feel like you are.
