Iyana Voltaire founded TETRA Dance Company in the Winter of 2024 as an outlet for choreographic opportunities and to explore a collaboration of dance styles to build a company based on storyline articulation, athleticism, aesthetics, musicality, and entertainment. The collaboration focuses on modern, contemporary, jazz, ballet, and hip-hop dance aesthetics.

TETRA Dance is also the home for Rochester's commercial dance professionals, acting as a network to provide training and performance opportunities.
