Refunds are applicable only if:
You receive a defective item
The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit
The delivered item(s) is past its expiry date

If the refund is to be made via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. This timeline is determined by the issuing bank and is beyond our control.

Return Policy
We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered correctly and in perfect condition. If you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect order, please get in touch with our Customer Support immediately, or within 10 working days of receiving the products, for a prompt resolution.
Important: We will not be liable for any delivery issues reported after 10 working days from the date of delivery.
Return Policy Exceptions
