My name is Tessa Rich, and I’m excited to share my journey in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. I am set to graduate in 2026, and one of my primary goals is to empower individuals to live more fulfilling and independent lives. A little about me: I’m the only girl in my family, and I love being outdoors, spending time with my loved ones, and connecting with new people. I also enjoy teaching dance and helping others express themselves through movement. To me, occupational therapy is a form of support that allows people to build confidence and regain independence in their daily, meaningful activities. I am thrilled to be a part of a field that values holistic care and person-centered approaches!
