We are accepting enrollment for the following qualifications:

Bookkeeping NC III

Bread and Pastry Production NC II

Requirements that you must ready for submission when admitted for Enrollment and National Assessment:

1. MIS-0301-Registration Form

2. Original High School Card for High School graduate or Transcript of Record for College level/College or ALS Certificate for ALS graduate.

3. 1x1 I.D. picture with white background with collar

( Enrollment 3 pcs that includes Student ID) ( Additional 3 pcs for Scholars for SGCs).

4. Passport size picture for National Assessment (5 pcs)

5. Birth Certificate (1 for enrollment; 2 for National Assessment)

6. Marriage Certificate for married women only (1 for enrollment ; 2 for National Assessment)

7. 1-Brown envelope

Any other requirements may be required depending on the type of scholarship offered.
