Territory Tracker Pro is a territory mapping, team coordination, and field activity app developed by Cheslin Lalane. This Privacy Policy explains how the app collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Territory Tracker Pro.

Territory Tracker Pro may collect the following information:
Account information, such as your email address, name, phone number, role, team membership, and group captain assignment.
Territory information, such as territory names, notes, assignment details, status, map boundaries, activity history, and report data.
Pin and follow-up information, such as house notes, contacts, follow-ups, not-at-home notes, problem locations, reminder times, and related comments entered by users.
Location information, such as your current location when you use map or GPS features, and map coordinates for territories and pins you create.
Team activity information, such as when a territory is started, completed, assigned, updated, or shared with team members.
Device and app information needed for sync, notifications, app troubleshooting, and app functionality.
The app does not sell personal data and does not use third-party advertising.
We use information to:
Create and manage user accounts.
Sync territories, pins, notes, reports, and team data across devices.
Allow admins, group captains, and members to coordinate territory work.
Show map boundaries, pins, GPS location, navigation, and reminders.
Send local or team-related notifications, such as follow-up reminders and territory start/completion alerts.
Back up and restore data after reinstalling the app.
Improve app reliability, troubleshooting, and user support.
Information may be shared within your team based on your role and app permissions. For example:
Admins and group captains may see team territories, assignments, status, shared pins, and activity.
Members may see territories assigned to their group captain and shared team information.
Some pins, such as problem locations and not-at-home pins, may be visible to the team.
Personal pins, such as private contacts and follow-ups, are intended to remain visible only to the user who created them unless otherwise changed by app settings.
We may use service providers to operate the app, including cloud database, authentication, hosting, notification, map, and app distribution services. These providers process data only as needed to provide app functionality.
Territory Tracker Pro uses location features to show your position on the map, help place territory pins accurately, open navigation directions, and support territory mapping workflows. Location is used only for app features that need it.
You can control location permission through your device settings. If location permission is disabled, some map and GPS features may not work correctly.
Territory Tracker Pro stores app data locally on your device and in cloud services used for account login, team sync, backup, and restore. Data is transmitted using standard secure connections where supported by the service provider.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect app data and limit access based on user roles and team permissions.
We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain team records, support backups, and comply with legal or operational requirements.
You may request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting cheslinlalane@gmail.com. When requesting deletion, include the email address used for your Territory Tracker Pro account. Some team records may remain if needed for team history, reporting, security, or backup integrity, but personal account data will be removed where reasonably possible.
Territory Tracker Pro is not intended for children. The app is designed for territory management and team coordination by adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Territory Tracker Pro may use third-party services for authentication, cloud sync, maps, notifications, app distribution, and app functionality. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Examples may include Supabase, Expo, Apple services, Google services, and map/navigation providers available on the user's device.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. Updates will be reflected by changing the effective date above. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated policy.
