In your email, include the email address used for your Territory Tracker Pro account.
When your request is processed, we will delete or remove personal account information associated with your app account where reasonably possible, including:
Your profile information.
Your personal app account information.
Personal pins, contacts, follow-ups, and notes associated with your account where reasonably possible.
Other personal data associated with your Territory Tracker Pro account where reasonably possible.
Some team records may be retained when needed for team history, reports, security, backup integrity, legal reasons, or operational requirements. These may include:
Shared team territory records.
Territory activity records.
Assignment records.
Shared team pins or notes created as part of a team workspace.
Records needed to preserve team reports or audit history.
If some information must be retained, we will limit it to what is reasonably needed.
Deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days.
