What are your operating hours?
We are open daily from 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM.
How far in advance can I book?
Open Gym: No booking needed.
Personal Training (Solo/Duo/Trio/Quad): Up to 7 days in advance.
Studio Rental: Up to 7 days in advance.
Group Classes: Based on the posted schedule by Terrace Training Club.
How do I join a group class?
Check our club group chat or social media pages for the latest class schedules and announcements.
To join, simply send us a message with your preferred class.
How do I book a training session?
Send us a message on Terrace Training Club at facebook.
Can I book a session on the same day?
No, same-day bookings are not allowed.
Personal Training and Studio Rental bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper scheduling and studio preparation.
Open Gym sessions do not require advanced booking.
How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation message after payment via your email or contact number.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept GCash payments only.
When should I pay?
Payment must be made to confirm your booking. Slots are first-come, first-served and not reserved without payment.
Is payment refundable?
Payments are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.
Session Policies
What happens if I'm late?
Your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, but you must inform us at least 6 hours before your session.
What if I cancel at the last minute?
Late cancellations may result in forfeited payment.
Can I extend my session?
Yes, subject to availability and additional fees. Please inform us in advance if you wish to extend.
Can I transfer my slot to someone else?
Yes, but you must inform us at least (1) hour before your scheduled session. All transferred clients must still follow the studio rules and policies.
Capacity & Rules
Is there a maximum number of people per session?
Yes:
Group Classes: Up to 6 participants
Studio Rental: Up to 6 people
Personal Training: Depending on the type of package availed
Can I walk in without booking?
Yes, only for open gym sessions.
What should I bring?
Please bring:
Towel
Water Bottle / Jug / Tumbler
Proper Workout Attire
Training Shoes
Safety & Etiquette
Are beginners welcome?
Yes — our personal training and group classes are scalable for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced clients. All sessions except open gym are coach-led to ensure proper guidance, safety, and progression.
Are there rules inside the gym?
Yes, clients are expected to:
Respect equipment and space
Clean and return equipment after use
Follow the coach's instructions at all times
Arrive on time for their scheduled session
