Andreas Fasoulides
Born in Famagusta, Cyprus (4 June 1962), Andreas Fasoulides graduated from the Technical Faculty of Limassol in metalwork and welding. His ceramics journey began at Costas Michailidis’ workshop MEONHS, followed by advanced training under Professor Valentinos Charalambous (1985).

From 1987–2000, he operated his own studio, Floga Pottery, co-founded the Cyprus Ceramic Association, and designed/manufactured professional ceramic gas kilns. He also ran pottery courses in Kaminaria, funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture, and in 2004 organized the European Ceramic Pottery Workshop to mark Cyprus’ EU accession.

Since 2005, he has taught ceramics and woodcarving at Limassol Education Centres. His projects include a 2-meter ceramic boat for Livadia Primary School (2009) and the founding of Renewcy Low Tech Workshop for solar cooker development.

From 2011, he collaborated with archaeologist Dr. Maria Rosaria Belgiorno on Bronze Age pottery reproduction, becoming a specialist in ancient Cypriot ceramics. He expanded his technical skills with a pipe welding diploma (2013) and studies in material engineering and European funding programs.

He initiated the Experimental Archaeological Workshop on Ancient Ceramics in Cyprus in 2015, continuing annually in various locations (2015–2024) and hosting Erasmus interns and young entrepreneurs. His cultural projects include Routes of Clay (Geroskipou), Silent Artouch for disabled persons, environmental and research workshops in Troodos, and the Kallena Project in Arsos.

Certified in social entrepreneurship (Innoventer, 2019) and as a professional trainer (Estia Gnosis, 2019), he developed vocational training programs for people with disabilities.
