This Privacy Policy explains how Next Gen Studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application, MACRS (the "App").
1. Data Collection and Local Storage The App is designed to operate completely offline. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of the financial data, asset details, company names, or tax information you enter into the App. All calculations, including MACRS and Section 179 depreciation schedules, are performed locally on your device. Any PDF reports generated by the App are created and stored securely on your local device and are only shared if you explicitly choose to export them.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising To keep the App free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements (Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded ads). AdMob may collect and use certain data, such as your IP address, device identifiers (e.g., IDFA), and general location data, to provide personalized ads.
We will explicitly ask for your consent to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

3. Analytics We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics or Flurry) that track your in-app interactions or the financial values you calculate.
4. Children's Privacy Our App is a B2B financial tool intended for use by business owners, accountants, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
