We assume no responsibility for errors, miscalculations, IRS audits, or financial losses resulting from the use of this App.
2. License to Use the App We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
3. Third-Party Advertisements The App is provided for free and is supported by third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that you will see banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or products promoted in these third-party advertisements.
4. Data Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since the App operates offline, you are solely responsible for the security and backup of the financial data and PDF reports stored locally on your device.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the tax calculations or the App's uninterrupted functionality.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Next Gen Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
