Adult Learning Theory

This course was designed to deepen instructional designers' understanding of adult learning principles and strengthen their ability to apply theory to practice.  It explores key adult learning frameworks and emphasizes practical application, helping designers create more engaging, learner-centered experiences that align with how adults acquire and retain knowledge.  By targeting experienced professionals, this course supports continuous growth, encourages more intentional design choices, and promotes consistency in creating impactful learning solutions across teams. 

For this course I built a Training Guide, a Question Bank, a Storyboard, and a Lesson Plan. The Storyboard incorporates widgets such as, tabs, carousels, accordion interactions, and knowledge checks.

Tools Used: Adobe Captivate, Canva, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
