Our marae have established 7 committee to ensure focused, effective management and decision-making for specific areas of the marae's operations. By forming these committee, tasks can be addressed in a more organised manner, allowing for better allocation of resources, whānau engagement, and maintaining the tikanga and mana of our marae.

Purpose: The purpose of a fundraising committee is to plan, organize, and execute strategies to raise money for Te Pai O Hauraki Marae , cause, or project. Its goal is to secure financial support to meet the group's objectives.

Purpose: The purpose of the Marae Maintenance Committee is to ensure the ongoing safety, upkeep, compliance and operational of both the marae facilities and grounds.

Purpose: The purpose of the Rangatahi Committee is to nurture and empower the next generation of marae leaders by actively involving and engaging rangatahi, encouraging and strengthening their connection back to the pā.

Purpose: The purpose of the Marae Development Committee is to plan, guide, and support the long-term growth and sustainability of the marae. This includes overseeing maintenance, upgrades, and future projects to ensure the marae remains a safe, functional, and vibrant space for current and future generations. The committee will be firmly grounded in the expressed aspirations, needs, and dreams of our whānau, hapū, and iwi. Through ongoing kōrero, collaboration, and engagement, we aim to ensure that all development reflects the unique tikanga, history, and future vision of our people.
