RULES AND REGULATIONS

TENNIS FANS LEAGUE SINGLE OPEN TENNIS TOURNAMENTS

1 . Our Purpose:

TFL and friends will organise a series of mens single open tennis tournament.

We hope to create awareness on our organisation as well as develop a healthy competition playground for all tennis players in the region.

As an organiser, we are looking forward to receive the support of all athletes, companies, enterprises, sponsors and partners that come and join the sporting event.

3 . Entrance Eligibility:

The tournament is open to all players, professional or non-professional from all around the world that have been confirmed the level by "Tennis Fans League" and/or by their own federation.

Other cases will be evaluated by the organisers and referees

Organisers have the discretion in accepting players registration

5 . Categories of Competition:

JUNIOR CATEGORIES

Junior U7 - for all players boys and girls born in 2014 and after

Junior U9 - for all players boys and girls born in 2012 and after

Junior U10 - for all players boys and girls born in 2011 and after

Junior U12 Boys - For all boys players born in 2009 and after

Junior U12 Girls - For all girls players born in 2009 and after

Junior U14 Boys - For all Boys players born in 2007 and after

Junior U14 Girls - For all Girls players born in 2007 and after

MENS CATEGORIES

Men's Single OPEN - For all male players

Men's Single B-Level - For all male players from a TFL B-level (ask for the evaluation)

Men's Single C-Level - For all male players from a TFL C-level (ask for the evaluation)

Men's Single D-Level - For all male players from a TFL D-level (ask for the evaluation)

6 . Rules and Regulation:

Depending on numbers of participants in Junior categories a round robin draw might be apply

In Mens single open category, all matches will play best of 3 pro-set with ad scoring, 6/6 tie break.

Depending on time and scheduling it is possible that the lower mens single categories play best of 3 pro-set with ad scoring, 6/6 tie break with a third set super tie break in 10 points with win by 2 ending.

In Junior categories, the organisers can decide to play fast 4 games or regular pro-set no ad Scoring depending on number of participants.

In case of bad weather, the organisers can decide to change the structure of the game to finish the tournament on time. In case of very bad weather all matches will be cancel and postpone to another date at the discretion of the organisers

All players must be present 15 minutes before the start of the match.

On court warm up duration will be 5 minutes following ITF rules (we advise all players to warm up off court prior to the match).

The tournament will play with self judgement rules with FairPlay. There wont be any ballboy, players need to self pick up the balls.

All tennis rules will follow the ITF regular tennis rules

6 . Registration fees:

Players must be registered in our organisation and pay a licence fee before entering our tournaments. 1 year Licence fee is 600.000VND, from date of payment until December 31st of the same year.

Depending on the tournament, fees will be from 400.000VND to 600.000VND. Please check out the tournament schedule for more informations.

Players will be on the official registration list after they pay the tournament fees.

The fees won't be return if the athletes cancel the registration.

Players must pay the full fee before entering the tournament.

7 . Estimated Schedule:

Our tournament schedule structure works with seeded players. If your rating is high you will start the tournament later than if your TFL rating is low, e.g: The lowerTFL rate player will start the tournament on the first day compare to the higher seeded player who will probably start the tournament 3 days prior the end of it.

8 . Prize structure:

All Winners, Runner-up, Third place will receive a trophy.

Depending of the cash money pool and the tournament, Winner, Runner-up and Third place will received cash prizes.
