Additional meal passes; $30 per person, with no maximum
We are requesting online payments only this year. The payment link will be provided at a later date.
If your institution requires payment by mailed check, please, contact Conner at conner@tnthescon.com.
College tables will be located on the second floor of the MTSU Student Union, providing opportunities to meet with sponsors and students.
Tables with black tablecloths will be provided.
You are welcome to bring banners, giveaways, pamphlets, and other materials, provided they remain within your general area.
Your table does not need to be staffed at all times. We recommend bringing students to staff the table during auditions.
Acting, Dance, & Musical Theatre auditions, and Technical Theatre interviews will take place concurrently in separate rooms.
Representatives are welcome to move between rooms. To see every student in a particular category, you will need a dedicated representative in that room.
Before the conference: You will receive an audition “book” for each category 1–2 weeks before the conference. Each PDF will include student contact and academic information, along with links to uploaded résumés, portfolios, and headshots.
During auditions: An online adjudication form based on our rubrics will be provided. The form will include student academic information and the callback process described below.
After the conference: You will receive a spreadsheet containing all student contact and academic information, along with average scores.
All audition blocks include Acting, Musical Theatre, Dance, Underclassmen, and Technical Theatre.

Callbacks are invitations for students to speak with your representatives at your college’s table in the Student Union. These conversations sometimes include offers of scholarships, admission to a program, invitations to campus auditions, application fee waivers, and other opportunities.
Callbacks are automatically posted online through a checkbox on the adjudication form.
You will have online access to your notes and scores for all students you call back, allowing you to reference them at your table.
A dedicated callback period will follow each audition block.
Whenever possible, please hold all callback conversations at the college tables in the Student Union during scheduled callback times.
After the registration period ends, please email Donna or Donald to discuss any specific needs or requirements.
Faculty interested in teaching a workshop or a full weekend of workshops for the Thespian Conference should review the Clinician Information.
Please plan accordingly: Auditions and workshops take place concurrently. Clinicians will not be available for auditions during their workshop times.
