The Problem (Industry Bottlenecks):
Alluvial gold deposits very frequently contain high-clay, adhesive, and frozen gold-bearing gravels. These materials cannot be easily disintegrated by traditional water flows alone. Standard single-stage scrubbers and trommel washing plants fail to fully dissolve and slurry heavy clay matrices. As a result, bonded clay aggregates lock up ultra-fine gold particles, allowing them to pass through the system completely un-disintegrated and wash away into the tailings.
Our Innovative Solution:
"Tenhleg Tataltsal LLC" introduces a patented "Gravity Settling Equipment" that completely revolutionizes traditional gravity separation technology. We offer an advanced technological flowsheet that integrates crushing, intensive disintegration, and uniform screening into a multi-stage closed-circuit system.
Technological Sequence & Operational Principles:
Mechanical Disintegration: Materials are consistently fed from the hopper into a heavy-duty hammer crusher to undergo mechanical reduction down to a size under 25 mm.
Washing & Screening: The crushed gravel is delivered via belt conveyor into a scrubber trommel washing plant. Here, it undergoes intense agitation and washing in a high-pressure water environment while being uniformly classified by fraction sizes.
Multi-Stage Concentration: A specialized gravel chute flattens the slurry flow through distribution boxes. First, the Vibrating Sluices execute heavy-duty gravity separation to capture coarse and medium gold particles. Consecutively, the Settling Sluices optimally separate and deposit ultra-fine gold particles under 0.1 mm with maximum recovery efficiency.
Maximum Metal Recovery: Prevents fine-grained gold from escaping into the tailings, significantly boosting mine profitability.
High Throughput Capacity: Powered by the hammer crusher, it continuously processes highly adhesive and clay-rich gravels at a capacity of up to 150–200 m³/h.
Heavy-Duty & Reliable Framework: The structural skid base and support frames are engineered with circular steel hollow sections (modeled to handle up to 62 MPa of structural stress with a minimal deflection of only 3 mm), guaranteeing maximum static and mobile durability under harsh mine conditions.
All-Weather Resilience: Because the plant utilizes an intense mechanical crusher circuit, it operates with massive technological advantages during freezing winter conditions compared to traditional gravity plants.
Testing Conditions:
An industrial test was conducted by mounting our patented multi-stage stepped settling sluice structure directly onto the tailings discharge line of a traditional 80 m³/h capacity gold washing plant processing highly adhesive red clay matrix ores. Traditional plants suffered from poor concentration hold, low clay disintegration, and massive fine gold loss.
Proven Industrial Outcomes:
Maximum Fine Gold Capturing: By modifying the step intervals, integrating distribution boxes, and reducing the sluice width, we successfully induced optimal fluidization and vortex micro-currents. Consequently, we re-processed 57.6 m³ of concentrate material directly out of the waste tailings (ephel) and successfully captured an additional 44.0 grams of ultra-fine metallic gold that would have been completely lost.
Innovation ROI: This industrial test definitively proved that minor, precise modifications to the multi-stage stepped sluice structure generate a massive increase in overall metal recovery. This specific stepped geometry is the proprietary core technology behind our gravity settling equipment.
