Spirit Art with Intuitive Healing...

Where Intuition Meets Creative Expression

Tending the Soul brings these threads together--inner healing, spiritual exploration, intuition, meditation, and creative expression.

I meet each person where they are, creating a compassionate sacred space to explore the questions, feelings, patterns, and places of "stuckness" that may be asking for attention.

You hold all your answers.

My role is to help you discover them.

Through intuitive exploration and Spirit Art, we listen for what is ready to emerge, allowing space for insight, movement, and the possibility of a shift.

This is the heart of Tending the Soul: Listening within. Trusting the wisdom that lives there.   Creating space for healing and wholeness.

What Does It Mean to Tend the Soul?

Tending the soul begins with self-care.

When we take the time to turn inward, listen to ourselves, and honor what we truly need, we create the foundation for a deeper relationship with ourselves.

And from that place, something beautiful becomes possible.

Meeting you where you are in the present moment, I gently support you in looking beneath the surface to reconnect what feels true for you.  Sometimes that may be questioning what you have been taught, examining belief systems (bs) that may no longer serve you.

This is a deeper opportunity for reflection, discovery, and transformation.

Quote from a recent client:  "Three months on a therapist's chair I got here in 20 minutes!"

Listening deeply. Creating intuitively. Tending the Soul.
