These Terms of Use apply to TempLog Pro, developed by Erkan Sen. By downloading, accessing, or using TempLog Pro, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls to the extent required.

Purpose of the App
TempLog Pro provides configurable tools for recording temperatures, food processes, operational checks, corrective actions, manager reviews, and related reports. It is a recordkeeping aid. It is not a regulator, inspection service, certification body, legal adviser, food-safety consultant, or guarantee of compliance or food safety.
Food-safety requirements vary by jurisdiction, facility, menu, process, and regulator. You are responsible for selecting appropriate limits, procedures, schedules, corrective actions, record-retention practices, and staff training for your operation.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- enter and review records accurately;
- keep devices, manager PINs, and backup passphrases secure;
- verify configured temperature units, thresholds, schedules, and procedures;
- preserve or export records as required by your business or applicable rules;
- review out-of-range results and take appropriate action; and
- use the app only for lawful purposes.
Do not rely on TempLog Pro as the sole control for preventing foodborne illness, equipment failure, data loss, or regulatory violations.
Local Data and Backups
TempLog Pro stores operational records locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining suitable encrypted backups and for safeguarding files you export or share. Uninstalling the app, losing or damaging a device, forgetting a PIN or backup passphrase, or deleting data may result in permanent loss.
The developer does not operate a cloud account or recovery service for your records and cannot reconstruct locally deleted data or recover a forgotten encrypted-backup passphrase.
Subscriptions
TempLog Pro offers an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription through Apple. The price and billing period shown by Apple at purchase apply to your storefront.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation.
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple's current rules.
- Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription administration.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Removing the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
- Paid features remain available only while Apple reports a valid entitlement, except where the app preserves read-only access to records as described in the product.
The current offering has no app-promised free trial. Any Apple storefront terms shown at purchase control.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate law or third-party rights, or redistribute or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Intellectual Property
TempLog Pro, its original design, software, and content are owned by the developer or licensed for use. These terms grant only the rights needed to use the app under Apple's Standard EULA and do not transfer ownership.
Third-Party Services
The app relies on Apple platform services such as the App Store, StoreKit, system sharing, notifications, camera/photo pickers, Files, and device authentication. Those services are governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies and may change or become unavailable.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TempLog Pro is provided "as is" and "as available." The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accepted by a regulator, suitable for every process, or sufficient to meet every legal or operational requirement.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of food, revenue, records, business opportunity, or regulatory standing arising from use of or inability to use the app. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction and is subject to Apple's Standard EULA.
Suspension or Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be limited where required to protect the app, users, the developer, Apple, or legal rights, or where use materially violates these terms. Subscription cancellation is handled through Apple.
Changes
The app and these terms may be updated. The effective date above identifies the current terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
