Wildwood generally does not mind our neighbors enjoying the Wildwood property trails, but if users continually to break the rules Wildwood HOA has the right to deny access. The right to access Wildwood Property is at the will of the Wildwood HOA. Signs are posted letting the public know they do not have the right to trespass.

WW HOA has the right to notify non-Wildwood homeowners who are not allowed to trespass upon Wildwood Homeowners' Association Property. Please be respectful of the open space property and follow all rules in the CC&R's

Title - "Open-Space Agreement granting Open-Space easement to the County of SLO"

The property is open-space for scenic value to the community but not to be accessed by the public.

Section 6)- No authorization for public trespass. The grant of easement contained herein and its acceptance by the County of San Luis Obispo does not authorize and is not to be construed as authorizing the public or any member thereof to trespass upon or us any portion of the Subject property.

Section12) - Judicial enforcement. Enforcement shall be by proceeding at law to restrain a violation or an attempted violation.
