Yes, you can translate all of my templates into any language.
The only exception applies to some templates where I have used decorative fonts for specific words. In certain cases, these decorative words are not directly editable in Canva.
Whenever this applies, it is clearly mentioned in the product listing photos.
That said, you can absolutely:
• Delete those decorative words and replace them with any Canva font of your choice, or
• Contact me, and I can help you adjust or translate the wording if needed.
Please note that for some languages (such as Russian or Arabic), certain Canva decorative fonts may not support those alphabets. In these cases, custom decorative wording in that specific font may not be possible.
However, you can always use other Canva fonts that support those special characters without any issue.

You can add new questions, delete any questions you don’t need, and customize everything to match your event.
Please note that there is only one RSVP form, so all your guests will receive the same form and see the same questions.
If you want to personalize the number of guests for each person individually, it would require creating multiple RSVP forms and multiple Canva website invitations — one for each guest.
Technically, this is possible, but it is not recommended because it becomes difficult to track responses. You would need to check each form separately instead of seeing everything in one place.
Keep one general RSVP form for all guests.
If you want to limit the number of attendees, you can customize a question in the form. For example:
“How many people will attend the event?”
Answer choices: 1 or 2
This clearly limits the maximum number of guests per invitation.
If some guests are invited alone and others with a plus-one, you can create:
• One RSVP form for 1 guest
• One RSVP form for 2 guests

If you replace an image on one language page (for example, the Italian version), it will not automatically update on the other language pages.
You will need to replace the image manually on each version.
However, thanks to the language flags, you can move directly to the corresponding pages, making the process quick and easy.
