I am using the Zoom API to create a meeting - this is all working as expected! I am including a template id but this does not have any effect.

I know the templates exist.

I know I am passing the correct template id as I pulled these from the Zoom API.

However when I look at the Registrtion link I do not see the banner or logo set in the Template Branding.

We host a webinar several times a week and include a post webinar survey. There isn't a way to set up the survey in the webinar template, instead the survey must be entered manually for each webinar session. This is very cumbersome and time consuming. Anyone know a work around? A year ago, I was told by Zoom this would be forthcoming as an enhancement, but to date I'm unaware if this has been done? Please advise.

I do believe the product team has been sent this feedback based on @vescamilla post in Webinar Templates - Can I attach a survey to a template?. I believe they are looking to provide this feature in the future- we just do not have an eta at the moment.

As of now, you can save a survey to the webinar template and reuse the entire webinar template for future events, which should include the survey as well. This way, you won't have to recreate the survey for each webinar individually.



However, saving just the survey template is an open feature request with our product team. While we don't have this functionality available yet, our team is aware of the demand for it, and they are actively working on enhancing our platform based on user feedback.



Greetings @CarlaA. How I can enable that when a Webinar end, all the audience can access the Survey Webinar without Zoom requesting to them enter their zoom account credentials? So, the audience can complete the Survey no matter if they have or not a zoom account.

@nito , you need to reactivate the account by logging a request with Zoom Support at

 -us/requests/new. Once account is active, you can start copying the template that you need to use going forward.

I am trying to save a standard set of post-survey questions as part of a meeting template but I seem to have to save the template first before I can add the survey. When I add the survey to a meeting I don't seem to be able to resave it as a template.

The post-meeting survey is a great feature. I even made a video on it. I ran into the same issue. I can't save the survey with a template. I can save poll questions as a template, but not the post-meeting survey. Here is my video in case you are wondering how this great feature works. _pMmJxw

None of these components are grouped together, apart from the objects part of the templates themselves (e.g. the objects within the blue rectangle. The lines behind the template circuit breakers are line objects placed on the Window)

To me, it looks like your line endpoints could be just a tiny bit offset from each other. Have you tried opening the template and zooming in extremely close, like 800% or more? You might see the bend in the line at that zoom level.

Zooming in the designer won't show the problem -- it only zooms in integral increments. Relative layout zooms to fit your screen size and there will be fractional pixel placements that have to be rounded. Lines that are in a template that is fractionally zoomed (say, x1.15) from an origin point that was itself rounded due to the same zoom. The lines inside the template therefore have rounding applied twice (their location in the template, and the template's location in the window) while the connector lines outside the template have their points rounded just once. That's the unsolvable problem. It happens to containers and grouped components, too, not just templates.

Consider leaving the little stub lines out of the templates, and draw the outer connector lines longer to replace them. (As Chris suggested.)

You can set a default zoom for new sheets by making your own template and setting it as the default template. Whatever zoom you were using when you saved that template will be restored when a new document is created.

When you want to start a new document always in a special zoom, then make a document template and save it in this zoom. Set this template as default in the Template Manager to always start with this zoom.

Adding your branding is an excellent way to tailor your Zoom invitation email template. The non-standard zoom CSS property can be used to control the magnification level of an element. transform: scale() should be used instead of this property, if possible. However, unlike CSS Transforms, zoom affects the layout size of the element.

Do not (de)magnify this element if the user applies non-pinch-based zooming (e.g. by pressing Ctrl - - or Ctrl + + keyboard shortcuts) to the document. Do not use this value, use the standard unset value instead.
