The training program Teleperformance uses is training new employees for 1 month, Monday- Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. After that, employees begin taking calls and they assign a supervisor to them for any question or doubts. When the 2 weeks are over, the new employees will be on their own and the training is complete.
