Chelsey Parks began her nursing career in 2013 after earning her BSN from Baptist College of Health Sciences in Memphis, TN. Chelsey went on to work in Memphis, Jackson and Collierville area hospitals gaining experience in CVICU and the Emergency Department. Driven by a passion for advanced patient care, Dr. Parks returned to school to receive her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences in Memphis, Tennessee. She is also in the process of obtaining her certification as a Phychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She will officially be double board certified in May.

Dr. Chesley Parks is an APN Prescriber at Quinco Mental Health Center. She has extensive experience treating conditions such as depression, diabetes, sleep issues, pneumonia, anxiety and stress, among many other health conditions.
