Organized client files by creating a clear folder and subfolders to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency. Included a central reference document containing links to all folders for easy navigation.

Designed and implemented a task tracker for a client to monitor ongoing projects, deadlines and responsibilities. the tracker helped improve task visibility, streamline follow-ups and ensure accountability for all team members.

Used Dropbox to prepare documents for signing, send signature requests to participants and track document completion to ensure proper documentation.

Created a Google Form to collect responses and linked it to Google Sheets, enabling automatic data capture and teal-time response tracking.

Planned and managed tasks using Reclaim.ai to optimize daily schedules, prioritize tasks and maintain productivity.
