HOW TO JOIN
1.) Go to #division-information in the USMC Discord Server, here you will find all the ping roles.Â
2.) Once you have reacted to the message shown on the side, you will receive the TECOM Ping role.
3.) In #main-events you will be pinged for all TECOM (RTC) Tryouts occurring in Marine Academy, ensure you look out for this!
4.) Come with good knowledge, You will be assessed on skills requiring grammar and professionalism. Be prepared for interview questions to write in detail as at the end of the day, you will be selected for that reason!
5.) If you don't want to do a tryout, there is another option which is to apply. Applications are usually posted in the #open-positions channel. To apply, it's the same requirements as doing a tryout. But, if you apply there is a higher rank you may receive.
6.) Once you have successfully passed your tryout, you will be requested to pend to the Roblox group. It can take up to 24 hours to be accepted, if the time passes, you will contact your host of the tryout to find out why.
7.) Once you have been ranked to the Phase I Candidate in the group, you will need to complete 3 of your phases in 2 weeks to become a fully fledged Junior Drill Instructor.
