Hello, I am General Vacant, the Commanding General of Training and Education Command. I have been with TECOM for a long time now. During this time, I have the privilege of being your Commanding General. In my time serving, I have seen TECOM in various stages of development, and my main objective as the Commanding General is to make TECOM the best division again.
