Task 3 - Build the Awesome Table

After making a copy of this sheet, open the script editor to modify the folder ID where indicated.

Note: this code is modified from the original developed by the Awesome Table Team. They deserve all of the credit.

Run the List my Files function

You will be prompted to authorize the script before it runs. This will list all of the files in your curriculum drive folder on the sheet. Again, be sure to have first modified the Folder ID as explained above.

Connect the Autocrat Sheet

This will prompt you for the URL of the Autocrat sheet and import the data. You will need to allow access to the sheet by clicking in cell A1.

Import the Autocrat Sheet

This will prompt you for the URL of your Autocrat Form Response Sheet. This basically connects your File Cabinet view to your Autocrat via a new sheet called Import, giving you access to the form data in the right order. You will only need to do this step one time, as the data will change dynamically as new units are added.

Run the Sync now

This will populate your file cabinet view with the necessary =ARRAYFORMULA to align your File Cabinet View with the Autocrat Response Data.

After you’ve completed these steps head to Awesome Tables to make your Awesome Table.

Make a copy of this already configured view and change the Data Source to your own File Cabinet. You may need to tinker with the Query order of columns.
