Google ADMIN

In order to simplify and speed up certain tasks in Google Admin you can use GAM by jay0lee. You will need to download, install and go through the setup process to enable the batch scripts on this site to work.

Download GAM version 4.3 here, updated versions and legacy are available here.

Batch Tasks

Make sure the .bat and .csv files are located in your GAM folder (for reference, mine is "C:\Gam" as you can see from the CD command inside the batch scripts).

1. Create Users

2. Delete Users

3. Update Passwords

4. Add Users to Group

5. Move Users to Organisational Unit

6. Create Google Classroom Classes

7. Bulk Add Teachers to Google Classroom Classes

8. Assign Students to Google Classroom Classes

9. Creating the "BAT-AddStudentsToClasses.csv" File using Google Sheets or MS Excel
