Turn off time synchronisation

If your DCs run on your HV you need to turn off the "Time Syncronisation", otherwise when your DC attempts to update it's time from the internet, it will be automatically set back to the HV's time, which means everything will sync to the DC's time which is set by the HV which is set by the DC which is set by the HV which is set by...

This feedback loop ensures that the time will never update, and slowly drift away until it causes problems. To fix this:

1. Right click the VM -> Settings -> Integration Services -> Uncheck "Time synchronisation"
2. On the DC admin cmd -> w32tm /config /update /manualpeerlist:time.education.vic.gov.au /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes (sets your DC to sync time from DET)
